Abstract:

This is a letter to the Editor by an IFP member of the KZN Provincial parliament, Mr Sipho Mbatha, disputing claims by Mr Lennox Mabaso, spokesperson for the MEC for housing, Traditional and Local Government Mike Mabuyakhulu, that the Mayor of Zululand, Zanele Magwaza-Msibi, is ill-informed about the new Bill proposing the paying of rates in ‘amakhosi’ areas.
